Many thanks for posting! I just bought and S-19 myself and found the manual in the machine. It is similar, but slightly different from yours. Mine is labeled "FORM No. 4289-50M-11-19."

I wonder if the 11-19 refers to November 1919?

That is the date for your manual which would make sense as you have the 1st style cabinet of the S-19 with the drop down door.

Gotcha. Hmm, does anyane know how often they updated the manuals, as I doubt it was done monthly?

Good question. I have several that have the dates 3-20 and 10-20. Yours is the earliest I've seen.
