You have an Edison Standard Phonograph (I'll bet you knew that!) Model A. Your machine plays 2-minute cylinders. The reproducer should be a Model C, and these are readily available on eBay or at phonograph shows around the country for around $90 - $125.
You'll also need a belt. These too are available (use leather - not a rubber band) on eBay or at shows or mail order supply found elsewhere on this forum. If you've never made up a belt for one of these before, you might want some help/advice.

I want to thank you for answering my questions. In your post you mentioned something about getting help/advice on forming the belts, can you help?
Do you have a link to a site that sells the leather for belts?
