Hello: I recently inherited an My Edison S19 SM-61036 phonograph from my mother. She inherited it from my grandparents (her parents) so I think it has been in my family for 70 years or so. It also has a second reproducer: There are also numerous Edison and Victor records. Any idea of value? Although I am not selling it! Thanks! -Craig

You have a very nice example of an S-19 also called the Sheraton model. It was introduced in April of 1919 and remained in production until 1927,but was just kept as an available model after 1922 due to large stocks of cabinets left in the factory. (from George Frow's book) I have two of them that need some work that i purchased for $100.00 each. Yours is probably worth $400 to $500 in that nice of shape. Coming to you from family makes it worth more to you personally, and is a cool thing. The second Reproducer shown in the pics is an attachment to play regular 78 records, which are cut laterally. The Edison Reproducer is only used to play Edison Discs. Nice Machine....Jeff

Seems to be a somewhat early model, as it has the bottom-hinged door: later versions had the door hinged at the side.
Good that you have a lateral adaptor with it!
