Consulting Frow's "Edison Disc Phonograph":
The C-200 was introduced in August 1915; the production schedule was about 780 units per month, at least initially. By the end of the year, sales were listed as 3,620 units; but it did not prove as popular as hoped. The Company tried to pep up sales by changing the grille style, but it was finally replaced by the S-19 in 1919.
The C-200 had a single spring motor and a #150 size horn, so performance would not be up to 'Laboratory Model' standards. That said, the case is not unattractive.
Now, with the motor missing (the entire motor? Are the horn and reproducer still there?), and especially with the drawer missing, I would say this is essentially a parts machine: it would take more time and money to restore it than it would be worth on the market.
But if you are willing to expend resources on a 'labor of love' to resurrect it, single spring DD motors are not too hard to find; although the drawer and its hardware may be more difficult.
Just my humble opinion.

Is the smaller horn a DD horn? It might have belonged to an A-100, an early BC-34, or one of the 'London' models.
If it's flat on the bottom, and appears to be pivoted at the back end, it might belong to one of the -60 or 80 models.
The reproducer (if the stylus is undamaged) might be the best part of the machine to sell….
