I just picked up a H-19 Edison DD Phonograph. It sounds really bad. I took apart the reproducer and the gaskets were torn and the diamond stylus is really worn. Where can I get a new Diamond stylus and diaphragm? I cleaned all the old grease off the gears and it seems to run smooth.

Your best bet would be to look for a NOS original stylus (or at least an original in unworn condition): Expert Stylus Co., the primary source of replacements, has come into disrepute because their styli have been causing record damage.
However, a new source of supply is starting up with a much better product: check out the "Bruce Diamond Stylus" thread on the Talking Machine Forum.

Thanks Bill. I have been web searching for like 10 hours now since I got it. lol. I am just amazed by this talking machine. I am an engineer by trade and love the workings of it. I am trying to find an Edisonic reproder right now.

To second Bills reply. I have been testing the new Bruce Disc Stylus now for several months. I am just nearing the 1,500 sides played and with no issues with the stylus. In fact the sound and detail is extremely good. As to diaphragms I have been working on them for some time. The new Stylus has solved the issues that I had so long thought were in the diaphragm.. Another long time edison collector who is using three of them recently wrote Steven Medved, (edison rebuilder expert) to say that his sound was greatly improved using my diaphragms and the new stylus. I personally wouldn't bother with a NOS stylus since there is almost no way to know what your buying. This Bruce Stylus is made to exact specifications that Edison made his from unlike the Expert which decided they could improve it. I think that improvement is why I could never get totally clear sound. The sound is also some louder with the new stylus. My guess is that is due to the fact its riding the lower grooves better than the expert version. Not to mention the damage the latter was prone to.
If your interested in some audio before the Bruce Stylus was possible I have one on You Tube under True Tone Edison Diaphragm, and Bill has a number of records done also with original stock diamonds I believe. You can google it to bring them up as well. Mine is the Console Edison playing "IN the Garden of Tomorrow".
