Bought, another DD today.
51178-R Benny! Be Yourself! Green Brother's Novelty Band 51178-L No lable. Anyone know this one?
Right side had a tiny pit at the begining of the recording, plus a few scratches, but still plays well. Left side is fine.

51178-L is "Now that I need you, you're gone" by Kaplan's Melodists.

Sounds like a good record Paul. I like both of the artists- they released some pretty groovy dance numbers. If you can download winzip files, check this site out. It's got all the DDs listed, and you can search for a record by the record number. Comes in real handy when you get a "no Label" DD. www.truesoundtransfers.de/disco.htm

51178-R 1923.05.18 Green Brothers Novelty (O-dance) Benny! Be yourself! - Foxtrot (Harry DeCosta, M. K. Jerome, Fred E. Ahlert)
This is one of my favorite records, the instrumental is wonderful!
