I recently bought an Edison S19 and that was missing the crank handle and the reproducer. I bought both but every time I put down the reproducer onto the disc. The turntable stop, slows and stops spinning. Please help.

There could be a number of causes for that: weakened spring (or dried-up grease inside the barrel), gummed up oil in the motor, bad horn/reproducer adjustment, etc.
It is a very good idea, anyways, to disassemble, thoroughly clean, and re-lubricate the motor of any unrestored phonograph.
