Need information of Indestructible cylinder record lid

As you see in the ebay. the items of Indestructible, oxford cylinder records do not have the lid.

2 years ago. I bought the lids in www.antiquephono.com. Maybe sold out.

Please inform me of the shop's web site to buy the lid.

You can get the repro cylinder boxes and repro lids from Shenandoah Restorations. They are the same ones that APSCO carried... and they are cheaper!
