Ok People! I have just recieved Larry's latest & greatest diaphragm so I thought I do a little controlled test. I recorded the same song with the mic at the same distance from my C-19 and used an Edisonic Reproducer using the same stylus. One of these songs is using the original Edison diaphragm and the other is Larry's newest diaphragm. Your vote on which is "live" and which is "Memorex". Huh, I'll probably get in dutch for saying that.......... Well, I've made my pick. I say Larry's is number two. The amazing lack of surface noise is the give away!. Great job Larry! And Great Job Bill! Thanks posting this neat comparison.

I think Neophone is right. The second number has a cleaner sound. BTW, nice tune & thanks for posting.

The two people that even bothered to reply are correct. The 2nd is Larry's. Too bad the 15 or so that viewed this post these past few days couldn't take the time to answer the poll. Thanks Sharon & John for going the extra mile!
