My grandparents are in their 90's and we came across this Edison 30 photograph they've had forever
The condition is decent but I think it needs some TLC...It also has a box full of cartridges in which maybe half work
If you know of anyone interested in buying and restoring it please let me know
Thanks

If you can post some photos, that would be good.

Judging from the nickeled reproducer and the external speed control, this is a fairly early 30 from late 1915. Should be fairly desirable.

What do you think it's worth? Any takers?

Judging by the serial number and what's there, It's a late 1st series Amberola 30 (Late 1915-Early 1916). It's looks in great shape, I'd say it's easily worth $500-$550 bucks (as long as the reproducer diamond is in good shape and does not need replacement) based on it's condition and that it's an earlier machine, but not the earliest.
