Thank you for the opportunity to join a discussion board centered on the Edison Diamond Disc phonographs. I have a C-200 that was my grandfather's, last patent is from 1913 on the description plate. I also have about 50 of the thick Edison records plus 19 of the thin Edison records for it. The C-200 still runs fine, as far as I can tell, and I have both record arms. The grill cloth is not original, and the wood on the hand crank is not original, all else is. Cabinet is in excellent condition and the record drawer holds the 50 thick records. I have no idea what to ask for this and the records. Any help is greatly appreciated. Overall picture is attached. Attachments:

"Thin Edison records"?
Could you post some photos of those?

My mistake, the thin records are not Edison labeled, but Columbia, RCA Victor, Bluebird, or Okeh. They are the thickness of regular LPs like we're all used to. The thicker Edison records are all labeled Edison. Can you tell me which arm should be used for the thick records? I think the fixed downward facing arm, but I'm not sure. The hinged arm should be used for the thinner LPs, I'm guessing.

Yes you are correct. The downward facing one in know as a reproducer. The other one is an adapter to play 78rpm records.
