Hi, I have a Edison Victrola I am trying to find some information, on. The model # is R150, maybe #B150. Serial #is SM9384. Patents are 1898, 1903,1908,1913.
Can any one give any information. The needle is gone and what ever wood panals in the front are missing. Mechanicly evrything else works.
Thanks
Paul

As far as I know, there was never a model R-150, so it's probably a B-150. Some photographs would help.
As for the "needle", do you mean the stylus and bar, or the whole reproducer? Again, photos would help.
By "wood panels", do you mean the grille? Once again, photos are far more helpful than words.
I hope you can provide some for consideration: then we can make a more informed decision.

Okay not so good on attaching pictures on the blog. The arm is there, where you thread the part in to the arm is where the needle is missing. Yes the top screen is missing. The bottom panel is missing also. I am not sure what was the the panel looked like. Everything mechanically works my sister used to play it.

I think your best bet is to try the Talking Machine Forum: it's a much more frequented site, with lots of helpful members.
