Hello, I inherited an Amberola V, Serial number 80. Is that possible? I am thinking all Amerbola V's have the 80 stamped on the plate. It does say Amberola V on the top plate and then Amberola Serial number with 80 stamped on the bottom plate where the serial number is located.
Thanks for any help

A photo of the ID plate would help. It may be that you have a very early production model.

Yes: this appears to be a very early Amberola V. Perhaps you should send more photos of this machine to the Talking Machine Forum: I'm sure a number of members would be quite interested.

Thank you. Okay, I will take some pics of the entire Amberola. It was in my great grandmothers house given to my grandma, given to my mom. Mom gave it to me and she is still alive (thank god).
