How many different sized signiture decals are there? I noticed that the one on my Home B is slightly larger than the one on the Standard B. I've got a couple new decals, which are the same size as the one on my home and DD machines, but I'm not sure if I should use one on the standard, or hunt round for a smaller version. The main body of the original Standard decal was only slightly smaller, but the words "Trade Mark" were nearly half the size. I should have taken a photo before I stripped it I guess.

Shane, All the original Edison script decals for the case(and inside the lids) were of uniform size. What you have to careful for on the repros is the "dot" over the i in Edison. The majority of early decals have a rounded dot at the top. This in fact should be flat and several of the newer repros have corrected this problem. Another issue is the thickness of the "tails" on the letters D & N. The originals were quite thin and the newer are much heavier. I have only seen one good repro that matches the originals and they were made by a fellow out in the upper mid west, I believe. Bill
