Found an Edison AD. Frist one I have ever seen. Found it in one of my local antique shops. Nice small ad, from McClure's Magazine. Too cool!!! I can't say as I've ever seen an Edison ad when perusing the shops. Is it for the Amberola 30? Bill

Actually Bill, It's an ad for Edison Dance Records, not a particular machine. Sorry! The ad lists the Latest Gold Moulded Records, and features a picture of a home phonograph. I just happened to stumble across it while browseing through record ads. It's a small ad, and only cost $5.00, but I had to buy it.

Today, I'm off for the Westminster Antique Mall in Westminster MD. Hope to find some Edison stuff today. I'll keep you updated!
BTW: Bill, I found three more ad's for Edsion Phonographs on ebay, and have a bid on them, I hope to win them.

Cool ads, shane. Thanks for posting them. I never knew edison did any colored ads, I thought his, were just black and white. BTW: The ad with the child and the edison, is on ebay, for $8.50.

I just noticed that Johns version of "looking for the band" was an earlier version than the one I have, so here it is too.

Bill, If John's anything like me, He'd be too busy looking at your fabulous machines to even notice if the roof was falling in..
