Luke and Bill: I've emailed Mike; I'll post any results when I get them.
I've never attempted crafting anything like this. I'm thinking of this as a possible winter project. Anyone else out there who's done such things who would be equipped to do this?

Some pix of my Amberola III. If you need specifics, just ask and I'll supply with what ever you need. Bill

Thanks for the pictures! I'm glad to know I won't have to find the earlier amberola lid decal. My research hadn't come up with any current suppliers. C.

Condensite -- Bob Johnson (Mr. Victor) and I had four varnish transfers made a few years ago for a couple of restorations we were each doing at the time. Each of us bought two transfers so that we would have a spare if the first messed up. Bob had them made and they weren't cheap ($50 @). I traded off my second transfer, but you may want to contact Bob and see if he can get you some made. You may have to sell off the excess production if you only need one. Please be aware that these varnish transfers have a relatively short shelf life unless the backs are fixed with decal solution (available at hobby shops). Hope this helps. Luke W.

I really enjoyed seeing the IV, I had never seen one and forgot they made them. I have met the III in person and it is a nice machine.
