I posted a request awhile back looking for a key to a Edison C-200 that I inherited from my Grandmother. Got the key! Opened the top and realized that I remembered nothing about operating the machine.
Couple of questions: First, is there a source to obtain an operating manual for the machine which would cover maintenance? It hasn't been on for probably 15 years and obviously needs a bit of TLC before it's next performance.
Second, what would you recommend checking before operating the machine after such a lengthy layoff.
Thanks for your continued help.

Doug,
See my other post today on adjustment of reproducer height and rebuilding the reproducer. Other than that, some oil in the places noted on the bedplate and a few squirts into the spring barrels aare usually enough to get these things running for another 50 years.
