I picked up an Edison console that was evidently an old restoration project at an estate sale. This is what it looks like with the missing parts (not the one I have). The parts missing are the lid, the two side doors and the grill latticework. If anyone has any of these pieces from an old unrestorable cabinet i would be interested in purchasing them. The unit plays and It seem a shame to part it out so I thought I would see if this stuff might be available. It could be made but would probably be cost prohibitive. Any help is appreciated. Hi,
I parted out one of these BC-34s a few yrs ago and the cabinet I took to the dump. The grille I sold to another member here. I did save all the hinges and screws as well as the lid stay and ID plate. I think I may still have the door pulls and a complete set of red leatherette covered dividers for one side as well. If any of this interests you, let me know.

Thanks for the reply. Wish I had found you before you scrapped the cabinet. The hardware is all there but thanks.
Hopefully someone will have one they are piecing out.

Don't know where you're located, but I saw a mint BC-34 at "Time Flies Antiques" in Bloomington, IN, a few days ago. Price was $350, but probably negotiable. Didn't look refinished, but had a very shiny finish. There phone # is 812-332-5564, if you're interested.

I have one for sale, in perfect condition. I moved into a smaller home and don't have room for it.

I have a Baby console too. Of all my machines, it is probably the closest to perfect that I have both cabinet and mechanical. I'm in Temecula, CA and it's for sale. One thing about Baby Consoles is that you can always find one for sale, kind of like the Chippendale upright, and the C-150.
