Gents,
How many variations of the Edison paper labels exist? Four? I know there is an all black one. Then we have "Record" & "Re-Creation". I seem to recall another variation, at least I think there's another.
Do any of you make replacement labels for your DDs that are missing them? I was thinking of doing that. What catalog numbers get "Record" and which ones get "Re-Creation"?
Regards, J.

Ive made up some dd labels-but to be honest, they aren't very good.Still they're better than a brown circle with the title written in felt-pen! If you contact Phil O on the OTVMMB,he may be able to help you out with labels. He was talking about including a down loadable label on his web-site,so you can copy them, and fill in the written information your self.I think Dan said he was able to reproduce them pretty spot on too, using his photo-shop soft ware. I think they changed from re-creation to record in 1923,but I dont know which record number was the change over issue. The last re-creations in my collection are numbers 51005 and 80729.Hope this is of some help!
