Hi I got a new machine to ad to my collection, a very nice Triumph model B in a mahogany case and nickel plating. I believe they are very rare. Regards Marcel

Wow Marcel, that is a very pretty machine. I've always wanted one of these "duded-up" cylinder players. How does it play? Very nice find!

Neat machine, especially with the mahogany cabinet and nickel fittings! Now on to find an 11 panel mahogany grain painted horn!

Hi, I have added another pic, I noticed that the one above had a gold reflection, this was taken before I cleaned the cabinet. Type of horn! yes, an 11 panel mahogany wood grained horn would be nice. I was thinking a mahogany cygnet, but I am not ready to take a drill to it just yet I have been told that these are rarer than the Idelia. All I need now is the Idelia a Flower Triumph and a gold plated Triumph ;D Regards Marcel

Hi all Don't worry, there is no way I could take a drill to this machine. It has had a morning glory horn on it in the past, I will either put another one on or just use a small nickel trumpet horn. I still can't believe it is mine, you really have to see it to really appreciate it, stunning is an understatement. ;D Regards Marcel

That really is a beautiful machine Marcel. I didn't realize these had the nickel plated "signature" plaque, but it makes sense seeing they lack decals. I think a faux mahogany horn would look great on it too, or perhaps a large nickel plated horn by Babson's or TTC etc. A nickelled 14" horn would look good too until a big one turned up. You'll need a matching recording horn for it eventually anyway
