I just obtained a box full of Edison cylinders. I'm guessing around 50 of them without counting. Most with tubes/caps. Those without still look quite nice and legible, etc.
I'm not a collector. How do I find the values of these cylinders? Is there a website or something that will point out those which are rare or particularly desireable? I'd like to learn more about what I have before I put them up for sale.

57... mostly blue amerols. A few that aren't edison. I think 3? without tubes. Not sure if this forum will send you an email alert if someone responds or not so wanted to leave my email addy in case someone wants to reach me regarding the cylinders. Really would love to know how to research what I have here. I live too far in boonieland to get to an antique dealer for proper looking over. At least no time soon. Was hoping the internet would be my friend. ;-)

There are magazines aimed at cylinder collectors where you can generally see prices of recordings, but just looking through Ebay will give you a rough idea too.
