Making Copy cylinder in the attached photo

The cylinders in the photo were made in 1896, which are located in the Library of Congres and contain Korean first traditional music.

I'd like to copy these cylinders with around 1896 made blank cylinders. I have all music in these cylinders,

1. Is it possible now?

2. If yes, please recommend the best maker( email address) to copy these cylinder.

These are New blanks,that I make, do they fit your needs?
