Yesterday while I was browseing though an antique store in New Oxford PA. I found a box of Black Etched Lable DD's, in very good condtion, not sure how many. However, they were listed at $60.00, for the box. I almost bought them, but walked away instead. $60.00 for a box is a bit much for me.

Hopefully, "Let Us Not Forget" wasn't in there!

Paul,
How many DDs? Even though they were etched label there still could be some gems in there.

I don't know, 25, 30 maybe?
I doubt it Bill, besides I already have a copy of that one.
I could have worked a deal, but it's harder in an antique mall, then at a flea market, or a trade show.

Not a bad deal if they are in good, clean condition and desireable titles. I've found that the people manning the antique malls are only authorized to give a 10% discount if they can't get a hold of the booth owner. Even if the owner is available, they often don't want to wheel and deal because they have to pay for all the overhead on their booth.

My father bought that box for me, as a late Birthday present. There weren't to many desribale titiles, and a couple were in rough shape. One even had a serious crack, the ran almost the length of the disc. I did find a couple of WW-I Army songs, but the rest were classical, or Opera.
