C250. Reproducer arm pulls to the right

The reproducer arm pulls to the right when you take your hand off of it.  It moves as far as it can go, via its own weight.  Even when the needle is resting on a diamond disk, causing it to scratch as it pulls to the right.

I'm assuming something is bent somewhere.  I need to dig in there and investigate.  (But perhaps someone has seen this issue before?)

Hmmm..  I might have found it.  The volume cable is pushing against the bell.
