Scroll down to see the picture of the phonograph shop at the bottom of the page! Edison phonographs with cylinders on shelves in the background! It always fascinates me to see photos of the venues where these wonderful items were bought and sold! wfmu.org/playlists/shows/19677Rocky

Ediphonic has just changed so the name is up for grabs. I am one of those older types and decided to keep as much the same as I could :-) Looks like a very nice board and I look forward to exploring in it!!!

That's a cool photo Rocky. The board looks to be loads of fun, to explore.

Paul, check out the photo of the Edison delivery truck at the bottom of this link. Do you want it to make a stop at your place when it makes its next set of rounds? The photo was taken in 1918--at a time when the etched label DDs had lousy sound. I bet the phonograph seller had a small stash of DDs with decent sound that he played for potential customers in the hope of making a sale. wfmu.org/playlists/shows/18907Rocky

I have had Jerry's site on my favorites for several years, and usually when I'm poking around the net, I'll call up one of his shows. It's a great way to surf, and you don't have to keep getting up to change the record!!!!
