Well, "good titles" are entirely subjective, but in Paul's batch, some of those tunes are seldom seen . . . not being found in the Edison catalog. Also, no sacred (thank God!), and a minimum of sentimental ballads. And miracle of all miracles . . . not a single copy of "Silver Threads Among The Gold" in the lot!!! Amazing! I just like what I like, not evangelical about it at all. Luke W.

Yeah, I'm not much for the Sacred Music. Although, I do have one Sacraed titile, called "I'm Praying for you" That was an unientinal purchase, since it cam with a bunch of other cylinders that I picked up. Other then that one, I have not come accross any other Sacred titles. Mostly titles simmilar to the one's that I have.
I did not know the cylinders, that I picked up are sledom seen. I'm not to concenred over the title's, when it comes to cylinders, except the sacred one's as Luke said.

Paul -- Not all the titles, but a few of them aren't in the Edison catalog. If you think you're not concerned over titles, you haven't heard Hawaiian cylinders yet! Not that they aren't as historically important as any other cylinder, but listening to them can be a bit teejus! You'll regret ever paying more than a dollar or two for one. Luke W.

Paul,
If you haven't played "The Cat And The Flypaper," you'll get a kick out of it. I'm pretty sure it's Collins & Harlan, but typical of U.S. Everlasts, the artist(s) aren't listed on the cylinder end just the box lid. The "sound effects" with the cat would bring out the ASPCA today!

It's a great site. Except for the fact, it tells me I need to download Quicktime, but I keep having problems doing that. Paul, I get the same message but I just click "No" every time the window pops up and can still view and listen to the cylinders. Try doing that and see what happens. Bill

Your right Bill, the Cast and the Flypaper was too much. Yeah, I'll just keep cliking no everytime I am on there.
I noticed that the Indestrutible's are louder and clearer then the US Everlasting's and the Edsion Gold Moulded Cylinders.

I seem to have the same problem Paul and I have Quicktime!
The web site is not like it use to be. It was easy with RealPlayer.

I have Windows Media Player.
Tinfoil.com's files are only in Real Player format. They used to have MP3's, but not anymore. It's tu bad they can have all three format's, and usere's could just pick the format, for their particular player.
