Once refinished, the phonograph tends to loose it's value. I have an Edison Home phonograph that I bought from Arkansas that had been completely refinished (I didn't know this, until I received it), but I felt that the price I paid for mine was fair and I gave about $457.00
The most I have ever seen an Edison phonograph go for on eBay was $575, give or take a few dollars. Phonographs that haven't been refinished tend to get more money, especially if they are in unrestored condition and come complete with the horn, floor crane and/ or foot crane (if its a smaller type horn that needs support).
I would say roughly around $200-300.

Sometimes E-bay does get high prices for certain models. Sometimes prices really shoot up there depending how the item is listed and how bad someone wants it. During the summer I came across an antique dealer in NEPa that had quite the # of Edisons for sale. For eaxmple he had a Home mod A Suitcase w/ c reproducer for $1695.00, A Standard mod D w/ Morning Glory Horn w/h reproducer for 1250.00. He was selling Cylinders from $10.00 up ( most of which I wouldn't take for free). And he did have a Home mod E w/ frozen bearings for $ 650.00 missing reproducer.

If it has a reproducer but is missing the mandrel and shaft, $200 at the most. My opinion.
