Does anyone know where I can find one of the Edison Diamond Disc decals? The Edison signature is substantially larger on the diamond disc player than the signature on the Amberola 30 or Edison Standard. The mold damage would not come out of the shellac, and despite trying to avoid damaging the decal, the gold and black on the decal came off, leaving the foil behind. My plan is to just put a new decal right on top of the old one, but I need to find one that is the same size.

Frank, Here is one being offered by Walt Sommers on Ebay. You can also contact Gregg Cline at zonophone@woh.rr.com (419-424-1201)He makes very nice repro decals for different make make machines and I know he offers the Edison script decal. As far as placing one over the existing decal, I'm not 100% sure that would work. There is no guarantee that it will be the same size and cover it properly. cgi.ebay.com/Edison-Script-Decal--Standard,-Amberola,-Home,-Fireside_W0QQitemZ120397029446QQcmdZViewItem

This one by Walt is not correct. The "tail" leading to the letter d is too wide. Buy Gregg's, his are made from photographs of the originals and are "correct". I used to make these myself using the same process Gregg uses and sold all my supplies to Gregg a few years ago. I made a stash of these for future projects and just used one today on a case I'm refinishing. Dave Jolley

Hmm...I know Wyatt's decals won't work. The original was three inches long and the one I recently used from Wyatt's is significantly shorter, roughly half an inch shorter.
