According to G. Frow's book- The Edison Disc Phonograph & The Diamond Discs, the A-200 was introduced in 1912, and remained in production until Dec 1914 when a factory fire destroyed all but 3 remaining "complete machines. It was then decided that remaining cabinet stocks would be fitted with the newer Type B motor, and these became the B-200. Total A-200 sales at the time of the fire numbered at 8725, so I guess yours was probably made some time in early to mid 1913. They were available in both oak or mahogany, and during 1913, became available in piano finish & dull mahogany, or flemish, fumed, golden & weathered oak.
